GRAVE RELOCATIONS & DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS
Topographic Identification, Verification and Mapping of Burial Grounds and Graves
Looking to ensure you have identified all graves and burial grounds on your property, but not sure where to turn? Need help planning or executing the heritage aspects of your human resettlement plans and the feasibility studies in your next project? Let us guide you!
Any development or mining project can move forward with small incremental changes to its heritage management approach. This includes a cultural heritage and ethnographic approach; but building for the future in today’s rapidly evolving environment means taking bold chances and making research-based, strategic decisions.
At the scoping phase of your project, we identify, verify and confirm the number of heritage resources using the latest in Staellite IGround Penetrating Radar and Drone Mapping Software to provide recommendations to your development project; that can assist in ensuring a smooth transition for the mitigation & relocation of any cultural resources in heritage management.
Cultural Resource Management Plans (CRMP)
Service Subtitle
Using 'Smart' Software that maps heritage resources using the latest GIS software.
We critically examine heritage resources, provide condition assessments and propose remedial actions and or advise on conservation methods in line with international best practices.
We then identify areas of concern and flag risk areas. We then formulate a budget-conscious cultural heritage resource management plan taking into account the culture of the community affected by these heritage assets.

Using these heritage management plans ensures the effective conservation of heritage assets i.e. structures, materials, objects, sites and/ graves; this provides for their protection as per the National Heritage Resources Act 25 of 1999.
Strategy Based Public Participation
Smart Stakeholder Engagement
Using our guided strategic approach to stakeholder engagement and public participation, we allow for long-term strategic planning and stakeholder management approaches. We then strategize using 'smart tools' and local human resources in order to understand the implications of grave relocations. We identify risk areas and note possible circumstances for litigation and present manageable mitigation plans.

Using this approach we can assist in ensuring adequate planning that greatly assists in project management.
